We collaborate with dedicated professionals, parents, and active community members, striving to serve, share, and create opportunities that inspire wellbeing for all. We plan to achieve this through an assortment of initiatives such as film screenings, speaking engagements, well-being webinars, leadership workshops, podcasts on a variety of topics, book clubs, and heritage festivals.
We aim to foster a culture of holistic wellness and we welcome collaboration with individuals and organizations who share our values and vision. We take great pride in our commitment to inclusivity and diversity, ensuring that our efforts resonate deeply within the fabric of Canadian communities. By embracing the rich tapestry of voices and perspectives that define the Canadian landscape, we recognize that true inclusivity requires not only acknowledging but also celebrating the multitudes of cultures, beliefs, and experiences that shape our collective identity as Canadians.

Ikigai Youth Festival 2026
Ikigai Youth Festival 2026 is a multidisciplinary arts event that celebrates creativity, purpose, and well-being through the Japanese concept of Ikigai. The festival invites emerging Canadian youth artists to “celebrate art in all its forms” as they explore the connection between creativity, identity, and mental health. Through multiple mediums, youth will share personal narratives, artistic expressions, and reflections on their own journeys toward purpose and belonging.
This year’s festival theme is “Compassion”. Show us what Compassion means to you and how it connects to your Ikigai- the moments, values & small joys that give your life meaning. This could be compassion for yourself, loved ones, animals, the planet, or during times of challenge. Any style or form is welcome.
